Dashed lines won't show in paper space

I mention the Global Scale Factor and how in my opinion, it's a temporary solution because it makes the lines appear wrong on a paperspace (layout).

Please switch to the opposite value (0 to 1 or 1 to 0) as currently set. Then process a REGENALL command to update the display of your drawing.
