WebJul 10, 2024 · The title says it all. My brothers Note 2 will only boot past the Galaxy Note 2 boot screen if it is connected to the charger. It doesn't matter if it is a USB or wall charge. If the phone is connected to a power source it boots into the system fine, however, once you remove it from the power source it turns off. WebAug 18, 2015 · My phone turned off by itself. When I turned it back on it went to the red Verizon screen but no further. I have tried everything that I know of to do: battery out, sim card out then back in.
