If you enable Print Settings->Layers and perimeters->Quality->Detect thin walls, you can print walls thinner than your nozzle (to a point). You can use vase mode to print the entire print as one continuous extrusion. Describe exactly what settings you're using with S3D and it will be easier to give more specific help.
