It is the most vulnerable of the main commercial skate species in this area according to a Productivity–Susceptibility Analysis (McCully et al., 2013). Unlike smaller skates blonde rays feed on cuttlefish sandeel and small fish. WebRay's Bream has a white flesh and a very delicate flavor. Perfect addition to any menu from white table cloth to casual dining. It is excellent pan fried, baked or sauteed. Ray's Bream range in size from 1.2kg - 3kg. Price is per kg.
